SEER Masks are worn by Shamans, Seers, Seithr priests and female Volvur from many different religions and indigenous cultures. Limiting the sense of sight heightens the ability to connect with intuition and connection to spirit guides, it helps to calm the eyes and soften our gaze, a powerful tool to help with divination, enhance our healing, or during sacred ceremony.
13 inches wide x 2.5 deep, tassels extending down to tip of nose, and tassels and woollen dreadlocks framing the face to a total length of 25 inches at the longest point.
The main body of the mask is made from faux leatherette in off white, recycled cotton tassels, soft woollen hand made dreadlocks. It is adorned with brass small jingle bells, and a brass Raven skull. The front has a hand woven band based on a Norse weave), two small turned Oak ebonised crescent claws, and two cowrie shells.
Braided tassels are attached at the sides to wrap and tie at the back of the head 25" long, so this can also be worn as a belt.
